 Malai kofta

INGREDIENTS:-
For kofta
Paneer                                                        
100gms.
Boiled potato
100 gms
cornflour                    
11/2 tbsp.
Green Chillies
2-3      
coriander                 
1 tbsp.
Salt and pepper  
Chat masala powder

FOR GRAVY
Onion paste
Ginger-Garlic Paste
Ghee/butter/oil
Garam masala powder
Tomato paste
Salt
black pepper
Red chilli powder
Fresh cream
Roasted Cashewnuts
Cornflour
 green coriander

According to taste
½ tsp

METHOD:-
For kofta
Mash paneer, potato in a bowl add cornflour and all the spices and make smooth dough. Make it in to small balls and shape in to koftas. Now fry these koftas
For gravy
Heat oil in a pan then add onion paste and ginger garlic paste and stir it till it become golden brown. Add tomato paste  and all the spices   now stir for 2 min .finally add cornflour (in half cup of cold water) and 1 cup of water and stir it for 4-5 min. add fresh cream and koftas to it and stir. garnish with Cashewnuts and chopped coriander





STUFFED BHINDI
INGREDIENTS:-
 Bhindi(lady Finger)                                           
500 gms.
Onion
2
Tomatoes                     
2
Green Chillies
2        
Oil                        
2 tsp.
Chat Masala Powder
Garam masala powder
Black pepper powder                                
1 tsp
½ tsp
According to taste
Salt
According to taste


METHOD:-
Wash and wipe lady fingers. Slit them and keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan then add onion paste .Stir it till it become light brown add tomato paste chili paste, salt ,Garam masala, chat masala and stir it for 5min.Cool it and fill it in slitted lady fingers. Take a pan and add 1tsp of oil then add stuffed lady fingers and cook it for 5 mins. Allow to stand for 5 min and serve Hot with Roti/pranthas.
