CHILLI CHEESE NACHOS



INGREDIENTS:-

Nachos/Tortilla chips
150 gms
onion                                  
2(chopped)
Capsicum
2(chopped)
Oregano
¼tsp
Cheese
½ cup
Black beans
1cup(boiled)
Green chillies
2-3(chopped)
Tomato
2 (chopped)
Olive oil
1 tbsp.   
Salt
Acc to taste



METHOD:-
 Take 1 tbsp. of olive oil in a microwave safe bowl and microwave it for 30 sec.Add onion and microwave for 1 min .Then add capsicum, green chillies and salt and then microwave for 2-3 min. Now add black beans,tomatoes, oregano .Mix it well.Finally spread nachos in a bowl,place vegetables mixture on the top of it and spread the cheese. Now place it in the microwave or oven  for 4-5 min or until the cheese melts. Remove from the oven and serve hot. 







 CHEESE NACHOS



INGREDIENTS:-

Nachos/Tortilla chips
250 gm
Jalapenos                        
100gm
Cheese
½ cup
Black beans
400 gm
Green chillies
4 green chillies(paste)
Tomato salsa
250 ml
Avocado dip
100 gm
Sour cream
100gm


METHOD:-


 Place 1/3rd of the corn chips into the base of a shallow 30cm baking dish. Sprinkle over 50% the red kidney beans, 50% of the Salsa and 1/2 of the grated cheese. Top with remaining corn chips, red kidney beans, salsa and cheese. Bake the Nacho’s in the pre-heated oven 200c for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted . Top the Nacho’s with the Jalapeno and sour cream. Serve hot.
