chinese rice and noodles recipes



Noodles (chowmein)

INGREDIENTS:-
Noodles                                                      
½ packet
Carrot
2-3 (med size)
Capsicum            
2 (chopped)
Vinegar
¼ tsp    
Ginger
Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Chilli sauce
Soya sauce
2 inch ( chopped)
7-8 (finely chopped)
1 tsp
½ tsp
1 tbsp.
¼ tsp
Cabbage
Green chillies
Spring onion

½ (med size)
2-3.(finely chopped)
1-2 (sliced)



METHOD:-
Take 6-7 glass of water in a wider container. Add ½ tbsp. of oil and 1 tsp salt and boil it.when water starts boiling add noodles .cook it for 5 it.when noodles are done immediately sieve it and pour cold water. And cool it completely and put noodles in a big tray. Apply oil with your fingers and scatter them. Keep them aside .take 2 tbsp. in kadai (non-stick pan) and heat it nicely and then saute carrot cabbage capsicum one by one .then add noodles saute them .Add a pinch of salt, pepper, soya sauce. Take a big kadai and add ½ tbsp. if refined oil. Add green chillies, garlic and all vegetables .add salt, pepper, noodles, chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar. Mix it and toss it very well and serves it with sauce.  





CHINESE FRIED RICE
INGREDIENTS:-
 Basmati Rice
500 gms.
French Beans
2
Cabbage              
2
Carrot
2        
Garlic       
Green chillies
2 tsp.
3-4
Salt
½ tsp
Oil
Soya sauce
Pepper powder
Vinegar
Chilli sauce

2tsp
2-3 drop
A pinch
1/4tsp
1tsp
METHOD:-
Wash Boil the rice in plenty of water. Add oil and salt. When the rice are fully done immediately sieve it and pour cold water on it.completely cool the rice under the fan. Then sauté the rice add soya sauce and salt and pepper powder. After sautéing rice then sauté vegetables without soya sauce, salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a big pan. Sim the gas add ginger garlic, green chillies. Then add all the vegetables and rice. Then add soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar. Mix it well and serve hot.
