HEALTHY VERSION OF PIZZA

INGREDIENTS:-
FOR BASE
Dried Yeast                                                     
1 ½ tsp
Sugar
1 tsp
Whole meal flour            
1 ½ Cup
Soya flour
2 Tbsp.
Salt
Olive oil
Wheat Bran
1 tsp
1 tbsp.

2 tbsp.



FOR SAUCE
Tomato
4
Onion
1 (med size)
Olive oil            
 2 tbsp.
Dried Red Chillies
1 tsp 
Salt
Fresh Basil
Garlic
According to taste
Few leaves
4-5 cloves

FOR TOPPINGS
Mushroom                                             
10-12
Capsicum
1(med size)
Tomatoes            
2 (chopped)
Onion
1(med size)    
Low Fat Cheese
Oregano
Chilli Flakes
Olives
1 tbsp.
¼ tsp
¼ tsp
5-6pcs
METHOD:-
Mix yeast with sugar and 1tsp warm water and leave aside for 30 min. Now add yeast to the mixture of whole meal and soya flour and Now add salt, oil and wheat bran. Add water and make soft dough. Leave the dough covered with damp cloth in a warm place for about five minutes till it become double in volume. Divide pizza dough in to four, rolled out each portion in a medium thick eight inch discs. Prick them with a fork all over. Pre heat the oven at 220oc.
                                          For sauce wash and chop tomatoes finely. Peel and chop onion and garlic. Wash and tear basil leaves in to small pieces. Heat olive oil in a pan, add chopped onion, garlic fry for 5min and add tomatoes. Add one cup of water and bring it to boil. Stir in the basil leaves, salt and crushed dried chillies.simmer for about 5 min on medium heat or till it become thick in consistency.
                                            For pizza topping wash mushrooms in plenty of water, at them dry and slice .wash capsicum and olives, then cut into thin strips. Wash and cut tomatoes in to quarters and cut in to thin strips. Peel and slice onion. Grate cheese. Spread prepared pizza sauce on the rolled pizza base, top it with sliced vegetables. Finally sprinkle grated low fat cheese crush oregano and spiracle on pizza. Place it on tray and place in a preheated oven for about 20 min until it become crisp and remove from oven and cut in to 6-8 piece. Serve hot with coke.
