Rawa(Suji)

Soda(soda bi carbonate)

Curry

5-6 leaves
|
Roasted
Cashewnuts (optional)

1 tbsp.

Mustard
Seeds

1 tsp

According to taste

METHOD:-
Mix all the above ingredients together to make a thick batter. Pour this
batter in a greased idli moulds and microwave at 60% power for 4-5 minutes.
Serve with Sāmbar and coconut chutney.
COCONUT CHUTNEY
INGREDIENTS:-
Coconut

Chana Dal roasted

1 tbsp.

Green chilli
|

Garlic

2-3 clove
|
Ginger

1 inch
|
Green coriander
|
Opt.

Salt
|
¼-1/2 tsp
|
Lemon juice or imli(tamarind) juice
|
2½ tsp or 1/2 cup
|
For Tarka
Refined
oil
|
2 tbsp.
|
Rye
|
1 tsp
|
Curry leaves
|
2-3
|
Dried red chillies
|
3-4 cup
|
METHOD:--
Put all
the ingredients in mixer and grind them well. For tarka heat oil in a pan add
rye, dried red chillies, curry leaves and put this tarka on chutney.
