RAWA MASALA IDLI

 
INGREDIENTS:-
 Rawa(Suji)                                                  
½ Cup
Curd
1Cup
Meetha Soda(soda bi carbonate)
¼ tsp
Curry leaves
5-6 leaves
Roasted Cashewnuts (optional)
1 tbsp.
Mustard Seeds
1 tsp
Salt
According to taste



METHOD:-
Mix all the above ingredients together to make a thick batter. Pour this batter in a greased idli moulds and microwave at 60% power for 4-5 minutes. Serve with Sāmbar and coconut chutney.



COCONUT CHUTNEY
INGREDIENTS:-
Coconut
One
Chana Dal roasted
1 tbsp.
Green chilli

Garlic
2-3 clove
Ginger
1 inch
Green coriander
Opt.
Salt
¼-1/2 tsp
Lemon juice or imli(tamarind) juice
2½ tsp or 1/2 cup
For Tarka
 Refined oil
2 tbsp.
Rye
1 tsp
Curry leaves              
2-3
Dried red chillies
3-4 cup

METHOD:--
Put all the ingredients in mixer and grind them well. For tarka heat oil in a pan add rye, dried red chillies, curry leaves and put this tarka on chutney.






Red chutney
INGREDIENTS:-
Dried coconut
½
Dried red chillies
8-10
Garlic
8
METHOD:--
Put all the ingredients in a grinder and grind it.
