Chilly Cheese 
INGREDIENTS:-
Paneer                                                        
500gms.
Onion
3 medium size
Capsicum            
2
Green Chillies
3-4 sliced     
Black pepper powder
½ tsp.
Salt
Red chilli sauce
Tomato ketchup
Soya sauce
Garlic

FOR batter
Cornflour
black pepper powder
Soya sauce
Tomato sauce
Chilli sauce
Salt

1 tsp
1 tsp
1-2 tbsp
 1/2 tsp
8-9 finely chopped



200gm(1 cup)
1 tsp
Few drops
1tsp.
1 tbsp
½ tsp.


METHOD:-
Take corn flour in a bowl .add all sauces and pepper. Add water to make it in a batter and a pinch of soda .Cut the pepper in to medium sized cubes and sprinkle some salt. Dip it in to the batter and deep fry them one by one and keep them aside.
For Tempering: - take a kadai and put 1 tbsp. oil. Add onion and garlic and saute them for 3-4 min and then add green chilli, little black pepper powder, add capsicum and sauté for 1 min. Again add pepper powder and sauces, salt and paneer. Mix it well .taste it and balance it with vinegar and tomato ketchup. Serve hot.
Variation:-
Chilli mushroom-Fry mushroom instead of paneer.



 Spring Rolls
INGREDIENTS:-
Maida
½ cup
Cornflour
1tbsp+1tsp
Water
1 cup or as required
Egg
1
For Filling
Onion                         
2(sliced)
Capsicum
1(Sliced)
Cabbage
Small
Carrot
1((small)
Ginger-garlic
½ inch -3-4 cloves
Green chillies
1
Chilli sauce
Acc to taste
Vinegar
Few drops
Soya sauce
Few drops
Salt
Acc to taste
Black pepper powder
1/4tsp
Refined oil
2tsp

METHOD:--
Take cornflour and Maida in a bowl and then add whisked egg in to the flour and make smooth paste. Heat the kadai and add 1tbsp of batter in it and apply just like dosa on tawa and kadai should be greased and neither too hot nor cold. Then add filling and roll them .lastly deep fry them.
For filling:-
Heat oil in a pan and add ginger –garlic and green chillies and add onion and sauté for a min. add carrot and cabbage and slightly tender. Add chilli sauce, vinegar, soya sauce, ginger garlic paste and salt.
